Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Church members are involved in a variety of ministries.
If you are interested in joining any of the ministries that we off here at Faith Church, please contact our office for more information so that we can get you connected to leadership.
Faith Church is excited spreading God’s kingdom around the world. We support missionaries who are local missionaries, conference missionaries, national missionaries and international missionaries. We are active in supporting these missionaries with our money and with our prayers.
We encourage all our people to respond to God’s call for laborers, whether it means they support missionaries or minister in our own community.
KIDZONE is a "Sunday school" on Saturday nights (when we have worship during the GIFT meal). All children ages 3 years old - 6th grade are welcome to come learn about Jesus. We're always excited to see new faces as we bring the Bible to life for our youth!
God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir or worship team. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.
gift/out in faith
GIFT stands for “God In Faith Tonight”. We serve a free meal at 6:03 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Following the meal, we have a worship service and Kidzone (Sunday school for children). Everyone is welcome to attend the meal and the worship service. We encourage people to minister to the community by assisting with serving the meal or preparing the meal.
The mission of Out In Faith is Achieving Community Togetherness. We provide care and support to the community at large through meeting the needs of people. We are able to give the gift of warmth through blankets and winter coats. We also give hygiene kits to those in need, and we offer assistance to mothers or infants by giving formula and diapers to those in need.
The usher team at our church fills an important role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors, locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free.
The usher team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible. All of our weekly Saturday night sermons are recorded in video formats and streamed Facebook: GIFT Saturday Night. The Sunday morning sermons can be heard on this website under the tab “Media.”
